People Structure

People structures represent the arrangement of roles, responsibilities and reporting relationships within an organization, in a way that best suits their goals. Because of this, every organization structures their people differently, and also uses different nomenclature to denote what each layer of the structure represents.

For example, Spotify calls a team of teams "Tribes", whereas Glovo refers to them as "Clusters".
