Org Design
Org design is the traditional process of designing the structure of an organization, in a way that aligns its strategy, goals and stakeholders. Spotify has an infamous org design model, built for scalability in tech and culture, which is used by many tech companies today.
For modern, dynamic organizations, org design alone can prove to be challenging. Goals change quarterly, stakeholders shift at record speeds, and team structures are more cross-functional and fluid. At Ourspace, we recognize the limitations of org design in today's world - which is why we're dedicated to building for team design.
